سوئف سی فوڈ اسٹور سے خریداری کے وقت درج ذیل شفاف اصول لاگو ہوتے ہیں: آرڈر کم از کم ۲ کلو کا ہوگا، کراچی ڈیلیوری فکسڈ 400 روپے اور دیگر شہروں کے لیے 800 روپے ہوگی۔ کراچی میں ۱۰ کلو یا زائد آرڈر پر کٹنگ اور ڈیلیوری بالکل مفت ہے! کراچی کے لیے 500 روپے ایڈوانس اور بقیہ کیش آن ڈیلیوری ہوگا، جبکہ کراچی سے باہر 100 فیصد ایڈوانس لازمی ہے۔
1. Minimum Order Requirement (کم از کم ۲ کلو کا آرڈر)
To maintain the integrity of cold-chain packaging and ensure solid ice blocks retain sub-zero temperature during transit, all orders must meet a minimum order weight of 2 Kg. Orders below 2 Kg cannot be processed for delivery.
2. Net Weight & Custom Cutting Styles (وزن اور کٹنگ کی تفصیلات)
Prices listed on our store represent the raw gross / per-Kg landing weight. Customers can choose from customized preparation options:
- Whole (Uncleaned) / سالم بغیر صفائی: FREE (Rs. 0) — Delivered whole as caught from the sea.
- Gutted & Scaled / پیٹ اور چھلکے صاف: +Rs. 50/kg — Thoroughly gutted and descaled on ice.
- Steaks / Slices Cut / سلائس / قتلے: +Rs. 50/kg — Cleaned and portioned into round steaks.
- Boneless Finger Cut / بون لیس کٹنگ: +Rs. 50/kg — Center bone, skin, and head removed into pure meat.

Weight Loss Disclaimer (وزن میں کمی کی وضاحت)
آپ جو قیمت ادا کرتے ہیں وہ مچھلی کے خالص زندہ/بغیر کٹے (Gross Weight) وزن کے حساب سے ہوتی ہے۔ کٹنگ کے دوران (جیسے کانٹے نکالنا، سر اور پیٹ صاف کرنا)، قدرتی طور پر 15% سے 40% تک وزن کم ہو جاتا ہے (یہ مچھلی کی قسم اور کٹنگ کے انداز پر منحصر ہے)۔ آپ کو جو فائنل پروڈکٹ ملے گی اس کا وزن صاف ہونے کے بعد کم ہوگا، لیکن آپ کو دی گئی پوری مچھلی کا ہی گوشت فراہم کیا جائے گا۔
Please Note: You are billed for the Gross Weight (whole catch before cleaning). Depending on your chosen cutting style (especially boneless), there is a natural weight loss of 15% to 40% due to the removal of head, gills, scales, and bones. The final delivered net weight will be lower than the gross billed weight.
3. Transparent Delivery Charges (ڈیلیوری چارجز)
We maintain fixed, transparent delivery pricing with zero hidden surge fees:
- Karachi (All Areas): Fixed Rs. 400 flat per order (FREE if weight is 10 Kg or more). Same-day / express morning slot.
- Nationwide (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): Fixed Rs. 800 flat per order with express insulated cold-box cargo packaging.
4. Karachi & Out of City Payment Policies (ادائیگی کی پالیسی)
To confirm fresh harbour landing procurement, custom preparation, and express cold packaging:
- Karachi Orders: Rs. 500 Advance Deposit via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer. The remaining balance is paid upon doorstep arrival via Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Out of City Orders (Nationwide): 100% Full Advance Payment via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer is required prior to express cold-cargo dispatch.
- Wholesale / Bulk Commercial Orders: Minimum 20 Kg or more is required for wholesale rates. Payment policy: 20% Advance Booking Deposit via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer, with the remaining 80% balance payable upon delivery.
